Sri Lanka has many times been categorized as one of the world’s most popular delightful destinations for holidays. Spas.- The country is also a place that refreshes the body, mind, soul and spirit.- For 2000 years, it has been known for physical and spiritual healing.- The country has spas located on the west side of the coast which provides Ayurvedic programs and other therapies such as hydrotherapy, reflexology, Thai massage, beauty treatments and herbal baths.- There are also Meditation programs available for visitors seeking spiritual nourishment.
